Cancellation Terms

1. Cancellations must be made in writing.
2. If a GROUP cancellation (4 rooms and above) is made later than 20 days before the guest's arrival date, the NO-SHOW rules below will apply;

• For cancellations made after the last 20 days before the guest's arrival date, 100% of one night's room rate
• For cancellations made within the last day before the guest's arrival date, or in case of no arrival at all, the TOTAL STAY AMOUNT will be charged as the "No show" fee.

3. For FIT cancellations (2 rooms and below), the final option date is 14 days.

• For cancellations made within the last 14 days before the guest's arrival date, or in case of no arrival at all, the TOTAL STAY AMOUNT will be charged as the "No show" fee.
